By accessing, opening, or executing any function within CaptureCopy, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms herein, do not use the application.

2. Absolute Limitation of Liability (“No Liability”)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer, owner, maintainers, or affiliated contributors of CaptureCopy be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever.

This includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, text corruption, inadvertent deletion of content, system outages, browser errors, security breaches, or any operational failures arising from your use of or inability to use this software.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS IS” & “AS AVAILABLE”)

CaptureCopy is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without express or implied warranties of any kind. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that text transformation and markdown conversions will be 100% accurate in all contexts.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for inspecting, verifying, and validating any output text, code, HTML, or PDF generated through CaptureCopy before pasting, publishing, sending, or relying upon it in professional or personal work.

5. Local Storage & Data Persistence

Session state and cleaning history are stored locally on your device via your web browser's localStorage for your convenience. We do not guarantee continuous retention or backup of your data. Clearing your browser cache or storage will permanently wipe locally saved sessions.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of CaptureCopy after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
